Amy PaindelliOffice Asset Manager
Kalgoorlie has been my home since Birth, when I was younger I relocated to a small town outside of Perth Called Toodyay, where I completed my schooling. After completing year 12 I relocated back to Kalgoorlie where a lot of my family are.
Once moving back to Kalgoorlie it wasn’t long until I joined the First National Team. My first Role with First National was the Junior Office Administrator. Shortly after I stepped up to Assistant Asset Manager, during this time I completed my Property Management Course, and after being an Assistant for two years I moved up to the Asset Manager role, managing around 200 Properties with an Assistant, after being a dedicated Asset Manager for 3 years I was asked to step up to the role of Senior Asset Manager.
In 2016 I had my first child where I took maternity leave for 6 months, once returning back to work I stepped into the role as the Office Senior Asset Manager, ensuring our procedures are in place and being followed by the Property Management Team and ensuring the office is running smoothly.
I have been in the Real Estate Industry for almost 8 years now and definitely love the challenge. Property Management is not always an easy job, but it is a job a thoroughly enjoy and take a lot of pride in.
